You can use the form below to register yourself and your company as an exhibitor for the Herbst Baum Symposium on September 20, 2024 in Baden bei Wien. After successful registration, we will send you a confirmation by email. The booking of your exhibition space is therefore fixed. Exhibition space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Previous year bookings and preferences will be taken into account.
The bill comes four weeks before the Herbst Baum Symposium.

You can choose between the indoor area (in the Congress Center) and/or the outdoor area (in the "Kurpark").
Please note that the indoor area can only be reached via an elevator or stairs. The elevator will be deactivated on the day of the symposium between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. During this period, this area can only be accessed with a valid symposium ticket. Depending on the size of the exhibition space you choose, you will receive 1 or 2 tickets. You can purchase additional tickets via the ticket shop.

    Every booking of an exhibition space includes the BASIC advertising package. In addition you can choose the PREMIUM package.
    Choose your advertising presence as follows:

    BASIC includes:
    * Exhibition space (as selected by you above)
    * Ticket(s) for the lectures (number depending on the exhibition space booked)

    PREMIUM includes:
    * BASIC package - plus:
    * Your logo on the symposium gift (A4 notebook in tree symposium design), which all symposium participants receive
